Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Yehuta Xucoku, operating from Brynowska 54, Katowice, Poland, handles information collected through this website and through direct communication with visitors and prospective clients. We aim to process no more information than necessary and to be plain about what happens to it. This document is written to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, referred to below as the GDPR) and with the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we mean by personal data

When we refer to Personal Data, we mean any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual, such as a name, an email address, an IP address, or a combination of details that together point to a specific person.

On this site, Personal Data is collected mainly through the contact form and, where consented to, through analytics cookies described in our separate Cookie Policy.

The Data Controller for information collected through this site is Yehuta Xucoku, reachable at [email protected] or by post at Brynowska 54, Katowice, Poland.

We do not currently appoint a separate Data Protection Officer, as our processing activities are limited in scale and do not involve large-scale monitoring or special categories of data.

What we collect and why

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry about franchise readiness consulting. We do not use contact form submissions for marketing unless you separately subscribe to the newsletter, in which case only your email address is retained for that purpose until you unsubscribe.

The Legal Basis we rely on for processing contact form data is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed at us, and, where you tick the consent box, your explicit consent.

For newsletter subscriptions, the legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every message.

How long we keep information

Enquiry data submitted through the contact form is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, typically no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required to comply with accounting or tax obligations under Polish law. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or until three years pass without any engagement with our messages, whichever comes first.

Who else might see this data

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Limited categories of data may be shared with service providers who support our operations, such as email hosting and, where consented to, analytics providers, and these providers are bound by data processing agreements consistent with GDPR requirements. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area unless a specific supplier requires it, in which case appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are used.

Your rights as a data subject

As a Data Subject, you hold a number of rights under the GDPR: the right to access the data we hold about you, the right to request correction of inaccurate data, the right to request erasure, the right to restrict or object to certain processing, and the right to data portability where technically feasible.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will respond within one month, as required by law, and may ask for reasonable identity verification before acting on a request.

Complaints

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), based in Warsaw. We would, however, appreciate the opportunity to address any concern directly before a formal complaint is filed.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here, and we encourage periodic review if you interact with this site regularly.
